$160.00 + HST Per Hour or part thereof.
Contingency Fees: instead of charging an hourly rate we will charge you based on a percentage of what you recieve if your case is won. In this case you will be responsible for all disbursement fees incurred to pursue your case. The standard contingency fee is 30% + HST of any award you receive.
You may terminate a contract for legal services at any time,however you will be required to pay for services based on the hourly rate up to the time you ended the contract for legal services and you will also be responsible for disbursement fees incurred up to the termination of the contract.
Retainer Fees for hourly matters: for all hourly matters we require a minimum retainer of $1000.00. Retainer fees may be negotiated and may be higher based on the complexity of the case. A retainer is a fee paid to cover anticipated future legal costs.
